This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with our internal PPC team to strategize, implement, and enhance paid search campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
• Take responsibility for channel performance, meeting targets and explaining any discrepancies to leadership and stakeholders in management discussions or other required forums.
• Develop and implement best-practice PPC strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on keyword and audience opportunities, campaign organization, targeting, and display network tactics.
• Establish both short-term and long-term strategies, executing them while providing recommendations for campaign optimization and audience expansion.
• Offer guidance and support to team members in identifying the best tactics and methods to achieve commercial priorities.
• Create and manage a testing roadmap for your categories, ensuring that successful experiments are rapidly scaled and communicated to the wider team.
• Utilize data-driven insights to uncover opportunities, make informed recommendations, and enhance campaign performance.
• Generate creative ideas to challenge and transform existing best practices.
• Keep abreast of search engine updates and trends within the PPC industry.
• Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with teams across Business Development, Product, Data, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance to foster growth and enhance owned categories.
• Effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders to align on objectives and ensure the successful achievement of performance goals.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in PPC/SEM, specifically with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Comprehensive understanding of Google Ads and Bing Ads, including smart bidding techniques.
• Experience in managing large-scale PPC accounts.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with website analysis through analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.
• Experience utilizing external competitive research tools like SEMrush, Adthena, or similar platforms.
• Highly motivated with a proven ability to exceed expectations.
• Passionate about search marketing, eager to develop PPC and people management skills while advancing professionally.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and supporting the business in reaching its goals.
• Proficient in Excel.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
