
Segment Leader – Product & Revenue Growth, Semiconductor Materials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of revenue objectives, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews; devise and implement account expansion strategies (upsell/cross-sell) and pricing strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create nurtured contacts and boost conversions throughout the marketing journey; partner with BDRs to enhance contact-to-meeting conversion rates.
• Formulate detailed growth plans for key accounts (5 to 7 strategic accounts) utilizing buying center analysis; identify and prioritize new logo targets at the upper end of the SAM with high-fit campaigns.
• Promote active user adoption by focusing on target personas and developing high-value use cases; convert nurtured contacts into active users through targeted enablement initiatives.
• Actively identify and address renewal risks through usage monitoring and customer engagement; work in coordination with Sales, Customer Engagement, and Product teams to achieve a renewal rate of 95% or more.
• Determine which channels align with which products for the segment; create product bundles and offers that maximize customer value and revenue potential; establish pricing and packaging strategies.
• Offer customer insights and requirements to guide product roadmaps; advocate for the voice of the customer and prioritize enhancements based on revenue implications, customer demand, and strategic importance.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop content strategies that drive engagement; identify content gaps and set priorities based on customer needs and revenue potential.
• Formulate product positioning and differentiation strategies; provide recommendations on optimizing the product portfolio (launch, sunset, consolidation decisions).
• Produce case studies, segment-specific messaging, and go-to-market materials; design Product Offer Activation programs; deliver sales enablement tools and training.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, product management, or segment/customer success management, demonstrating commercial success.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Information Services, Research and Analysis, SaaS, or a comparable B2B technology sector.
• Experience with material suppliers in the semiconductor industry, either through direct employment, sales, or procurement of materials from companies in this field.
• Knowledge of material applications in device manufacturing.
• A bachelor's degree or higher; an advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred.
• Proven history of driving revenue growth and surpassing commercial targets in a customer-facing capacity.
• Experience engaging directly with customers and sales teams in complex enterprise sales settings.
• Demonstrated success in product management, product strategy, or product marketing roles.
• Familiarity with demand generation, lead nurturing, or marketing campaign development.
• Strong analytical capabilities to leverage data for decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Experience with budget responsibility or ownership of revenue targets is preferred.
• Backgrounds in semiconductor design, manufacturing, and supply chain management are highly valued; experience with semiconductor materials and chemicals (wafers, gases, precursors, CMP slurries, photoresists) planning, R&D, or supply chain management; product manufacturing planning, design, and supply chain management; or semiconductor manufacturing equipment marketing, planning, and design will be given strong consideration.
• In-depth understanding of technical content and analysis within the semiconductor or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and influencing others across various functions.
• Strong commercial acumen to balance customer needs, product strategy, and revenue goals.
• Ability to cultivate deep, trusted relationships with customers at multiple organizational levels.
• A strategic thinker who can translate broad objectives into actionable plans while ensuring execution excellence.
