This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate and partner with leadership teams across various regions to develop strategies and support essential opportunities for Sales Directors, Managers, and Account Executives to reach 100% of the supplemental and services revenue target.

• Serve as a resource for sales leadership to implement suggested strategies, and work alongside Sales Strategists and/or marketing partners to execute targeted solution campaigns.

• Take proactive steps with sales leadership teams to assess and analyze the supplemental and services pipeline.

• Assist in or initiate strategies for top opportunities by utilizing internal resources and external partners; prepare for and engage in high-level customer meetings as required.

• Demonstrate effective questioning strategies and positioning for supplemental and services solutions.

• Work in conjunction with Revenue Enablement as the Subject Matter Expert to design and deliver training sessions for the sales team.

• Act as a communication bridge between Sales and Product Management/Product Marketing, providing insights on planning, action items, product development, marketing, and more.

• Track progress towards objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the segment.

• Engage in ad-hoc focus groups to contribute to product development and marketing feedback.

• Deliver presentations at regional and national sales meetings.

• Maintain timely communication with regional and national team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a sales position with a demonstrated record of meeting quotas.

• Previous experience in educational publishing or technology sales is essential.

• Teaching or educational experience is an advantage.

• Must be focused, disciplined, and possess the sales acumen to advance opportunities through the sales process.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

• Knowledge of Macintosh or PC platforms is necessary.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required.

• The ability to deliver presentations using PowerPoint must be demonstrated.
