Security Track Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the administration of Azure infrastructure and governance

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including identity lifecycle, applications, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO/federation

• Ensure the maintenance of identity and access management processes and workflows

• Administer Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams

• Handle endpoint management through Intune, which encompasses policies, profiles, applications, Autopilot, and device lifecycle

• Diagnose issues related to identity, authentication, mail flow, DNS, device compliance, and user access

• Collaborate with internal IT teams on escalated matters

• Monitor system health and alerts while supporting security and compliance standards

• Conduct routine maintenance, patching, and change control activities

• Develop documentation, runbooks, and support materials

• Identify opportunities for process improvements

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English

• Experience in administering Azure infrastructure and governance, including subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, policy, and Entra Connect/cloud sync

• Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID administration, covering identity lifecycle, groups, app registrations, enterprise applications, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO/federation using SAML and OIDC

• Knowledge of identity and access management processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, role-based access, access reviews, and privileged access management

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, focusing on Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams

• Expertise in endpoint management via Intune, involving compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, Autopilot, and device lifecycle management

• Proficient in troubleshooting identity, authentication, mail flow, DNS, device compliance, and user access issues

• Familiarity with security and compliance standards, patching, and change control

• Capability to create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and support materials
