• Conduct research and develop offensive agent capabilities that will become integral features of Sybil.
• Actively seek out genuine vulnerabilities across various target environments and convert your findings into repeatable, automated techniques.
• Create and launch comprehensive customer-facing features: from exploratory research to full production deployment.
• Design and implement tooling powered by LLMs that enhances Sybil's reach and depth across different attack surfaces.
• Identify deficiencies in our offensive coverage and suggest technical initiatives to address them proactively.
• Engage in technical design discussions, review the work of your peers, and maintain high standards for our deliverables.
• Take ownership of your work: define the problem, develop the solution, and see it to completion.
• A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience, particularly in offensive security contexts.
• Practical experience in identifying vulnerabilities across a range of targets through red teaming, bug bounties, CTFs, or production pentesting.
• Solid foundation in Python: you have designed, deployed, and maintained backend systems in a production environment.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript and React; capable of owning a feature throughout the full stack.
• Experience with LLMs or generative AI tools, including prompt engineering and integrating model outputs into actual workflows.

• Excellent written communication skills; capable of clearly explaining a vulnerability, design choice, or tradeoff.
• Meaningful equity
