Security Operations Center Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical execution of SOC software and visualization initiatives from design approval to customer acceptance.

• Gather customer requirements, operational processes, and system integration specifications.

• Confirm solution architecture and manage implementation in collaboration with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams.

• Serve as the Technical Program Manager for delivering PSIM, situational awareness, AI, and other significant, intricate projects.

• Set up, commission, and resolve issues with supported software platforms.

• Address technical, integration, and infrastructure challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering enterprise software or integrated technology solutions.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, software configuration, systems integration, and gathering customer requirements.

• Background in PSIM, workflow automation, critical event management, or SOC technologies.

• Knowledge of video management, access control, analytics, or data visualization platforms.

• Experience working with a security integrator, technology manufacturer, consulting firm, or enterprise security organization.

• Excellent communication, project leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in advanced Security Operations Center (SOC) solutions, including PSIM, workflow automation, mass notification, risk intelligence, data visualization, and Drone-as-a-Service.
