Security Governance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Participate in the design and implementation of programs, processes, and procedures that mitigate risks associated with Identity and Access Management.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with regulations and safeguarding company information and assets.

• Investigate relevant industry and government regulations and standards.

• Execute regular User Access Review campaigns to ensure that employee access is both necessary and appropriate.

• Conduct research and prepare documentation that supports regulatory, contractual, and industry cybersecurity governance requirements.

• Aid in the creation, organization, and upkeep of essential filings and documentation.

• Contribute to audits assessing compliance with governance processes and procedures.

• Document and organize the results of audits for business and senior governance roles.

• Acquire knowledge of the business and technical requirements for the designated area.

• Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of programs and processes that align with operational needs.

• Learn effective communication techniques and foster successful interactions with colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) preferred.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

• A combination of education and experience may be considered as a substitute for the aforementioned educational qualifications.

• Valid photo identification must be presented at the start of the interview (not applicable for internal candidates).
