This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Define and take ownership of the strategy and roadmap for a unified remote workspace that encompasses collaboration, productivity tools, identity, and zero-trust access.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the workspace in a secure manner while ensuring strong data protection.
• Establish organizational OKRs and provide updates on progress, risks, and security posture to senior leadership.
• Manage the enterprise collaboration platform, which includes instant messaging, meetings, calendar, and desktop/mobile clients.
• Lead the suite of productivity tools and incorporate AI features such as summarization and meeting transcription.
• Develop and expand open platforms and APIs for internal teams, partners, and bots.
• Oversee a global zero-trust access platform for employees, services, and AI agents.
• Advance SSO and IAM towards service identity, fine-grained authorization, and internal network segmentation.
• Securely enable enterprise AI agents and assistants through agent identity, delegated authorization, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Ensure security is prioritized by default, including endpoint/mobile DLP, credential protection, auditing, and data isolation.
• Supervise offensive security, vulnerability management, and incident response activities.
• Build leadership within engineering, product, and support; cultivate technical ownership.
• Transition the organization towards dynamic project teams based on use cases.
• Promote AI adoption and contemporary engineering practices, including AI-assisted development.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain talent; set evaluation standards and career progression paths.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in software or security engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience leading multi-team organizations as a manager of managers.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing large-scale platforms in enterprise collaboration and communication, identity and access management, or zero-trust networking.
• Extensive security knowledge in zero-trust architecture, IAM and OAuth-based authorization, secrets management, encryption, offensive security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Awareness of AI's influence on enterprise workspaces and the security implications of AI assistants and agents.
• Strong technical proficiency across backend services, clients, and networking.
• Proficient in Go, Java, or Python programming languages.
• Experience managing distributed, fully remote teams across different time zones.
• Exceptional communication skills when interacting with executives, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience in developing enterprise products for internal teams and external partners.
• Preferred: Background in real-time communication, such as audio/video or end-to-end encrypted messaging.
