This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop technical solutions to identified information security vulnerabilities.
• Ensure adherence to corporate information security regulations.
• Implement security architecture through the Security Incident and Event Monitoring (SIEM) platform.
• Protect computing platforms, data, and network infrastructure across the organization.
• Supervise security configuration, monitoring, and incident response activities.
• Deploy and set up security applications and infrastructure.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in information security.
• Design and execute infrastructure security assessments across networks, servers, operating systems, databases, and applications.
• Create network segmentation and firewall policies while configuring security devices.
• Conduct security baseline assessments and pinpoint gaps against procedures, policies, and industry standards/best practices.
• Take part in computer security incident investigations, which include incident response, containment, and forensics.
• Lead security projects as a Team Lead.
• Carry out additional information security responsibilities as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in information security, focusing on monitoring, incident response, and compliance.
• CISSP or GIAC certification is preferred; other relevant industry security certifications are a bonus.
• Experience in Risk Assessment.
• Familiarity with IT risk management concepts, including risk assessment, identification, response and mitigation, as well as monitoring and reporting.
• Background in a PCI Compliance environment.
• Experience with Cloud computing.
• Practical experience conducting security assessments on complex networks, applications, and systems.
