Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a member of the Cyber Resiliency team.

• Design, implement, and enhance technical measures to identify and mitigate security incidents.

• Develop customized detection algorithms.

• Incorporate threat intelligence into security protocols.

• Automate processes using SOAR.

• Create security operations playbooks utilizing Agentic AI.

• Contribute to or take charge of incident response activities, including conducting tabletop exercises.

• Collaborate with various teams to embed security best practices within products and processes.

• Execute thesis-driven threat hunting across forensic data repositories.

• Investigate the evolving threat landscape.

• Engage in rotational on-call responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in information security or software development.

• Proficiency in securing cloud-native environments.

• Familiarity with endpoint detection and response mechanisms.

• Preference for macOS or Linux technologies.

• Knowledge, skills, and experience in digital forensics and incident response.

• Capability to create automation using Go, Python, or shell scripting.

• An investigative mindset.

• A strong interest in AI technologies.

• Ability to work independently on multiple concurrent projects.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, or Information Systems.
