Student Worker, Information Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage an enterprise architecture tool that offers a holistic view of security tools, processes, and their interdependencies.

• Design and uphold standardized templates for security architecture deliverables.

• Conduct research and comparative analysis of emerging security technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Compile and present findings to senior architects.

• Create, organize, and sustain security reference architectures, design patterns, and technical standards.

• Facilitate proactive outreach and engagement with the Global NIS2 initiative.

• Determine requirements and construct a NIS2 tracker dashboard for governance board reporting.

• Assist with pre- and post-MA&D readiness tasks, including dashboard upkeep, stakeholder communication, and documentation collection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally completed at least their sophomore year of study.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with industry standards such as NIST CSF (optional).
