Operations Assistant – Cyber Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the tasks and activities of the team;

• Follow up on requests and ensure deadlines are met;

• Maintain up-to-date activity information consistently;

• Assist the team in developing automation processes;

• Aid the Cyber Security team with daily operations, including organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and updating operational metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage comfortably with a diverse range of individuals;

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail;

• Proficient in Business Intelligence, especially Power BI;

• A genuine interest in technology and Cyber Security;

• Currently enrolled in a degree program or coursework related to Cyber Security, Information Security, Information Technology, or a similar field (preferred);

• Familiarity with metrics and dashboards (preferred).
