This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage consulting projects focused on Microsoft and Armor security technologies and architectures, aiding customers in modernizing their security and addressing emerging challenges like AI and contemporary security operations.

• Evaluate customer implementations and suggest enhancements to optimize their security investments while minimizing risks related to security, data protection, and compliance.

• Perform security assessments, design security architectures, and deploy security solutions, including the Microsoft Defender suite, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra suite, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Azure security.

• Develop new consulting and implementation methodologies for emerging technologies such as Agent 365, ensuring Armor's professional services portfolio remains ahead of customer demands for next-generation Microsoft capabilities.

• Assist customers in executing related non-Microsoft security technologies, including vulnerability management, exposure management, and cloud security, while providing architectural guidance and integration support.

• Support service engagements on other platforms like AWS, GCP, VMware, or on-premises, as expertise permits.

• Create statements of work (SOWs) and proposals customized to meet customer requirements.

• Offer thought leadership by representing Armor in community engagements at industry conferences, webinars, executive briefings, and other relevant events.

• Propel service development and continuous improvement initiatives within the Armor professional services portfolio.

• Foster a positive customer experience while executing SOWs that create a pipeline for recurring revenue streams.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) both internally and externally, including interactions with customers and Microsoft sellers and partner personnel.

• Support internal initiatives related to Microsoft security as directed.

• Provide actionable feedback and suggestions from the field to Armor leadership on ways to enhance Armor's service offerings and overall service levels and customer engagement.

• When necessary, assist in proposing, selling, and delivering complex combined managed and professional service solutions for enterprise customers or advanced use cases.

• Develop technical enablement through workshops, including materials, demonstrations, and product/service integration when applicable.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Microsoft security and infrastructure, along with industry best practices.

• Mentor and guide peers, team members, and junior consultants as needed.

• Oversee projects and perform administrative tasks necessary for service operations as directed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in endpoint, on-premises, and cloud computing concepts, security features, and reference architectures across Microsoft technologies.

• Additional expertise in AWS, GCP, or other technology platforms is preferred but not mandatory.

• Specific knowledge required in: Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Purview, and the Microsoft Defender Suite, including Defender for Cloud.

• Experience in leading and/or delivering consulting projects while providing high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

• Exposure to developing technical and conceptual reference architectures.

• Strong presales capabilities, including the ability to create SOWs and proposals.

• Comfortable and effective in using AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and similar) for code development, documentation, architecture artifacts, and daily productivity.

• Familiarity with non-Microsoft security technologies such as Qualys, Wiz, Splunk, Trend Micro, Crowdstrike, and others, or a demonstrated capacity to learn quickly.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to identify and articulate security gaps and their associated risks to executives.

• Comprehensive security skills with a profound understanding of security principles, risk management, and compliance.

• Excellence in a goal-oriented environment with a focus on interactivity and teamwork.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as in a team setting.

• Flexibility in engaging with clients of various sizes, both in-person and remotely.

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.

• Enthusiastic about taking initiative and rapidly adapting to market changes.

• A strong desire to make an immediate impact and to learn within a rapidly growing organization.

• Travel may be required, up to 20-30%.
