Secure SDLC Architect – DevSecOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Incorporate security practices into the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) across various product teams.

• Conduct threat modeling, design evaluations, and secure code assessments.

• Assess and prioritize findings from Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), Software Composition Analysis (SCA), secrets scanning, and container security tools.

• Develop, execute, and enhance agentic AI for assessing findings and remediation initiatives.

• Collaborate with developers and DevOps engineers to facilitate remediation and verify solutions.

• Establish and uphold security standards, developer guidelines, and policies.

• Propel the integration of security tools within Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and build workflows.

• Work alongside Akamai product, engineering, and information security teams to enhance secure software delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant hands-on experience in Product/Application Security.

• Demonstrated proficiency in SSDLC, secure design, and secure coding methodologies.

• Practical experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, Interactive Application Security Testing (IAST), and container security solutions.

• Knowledge in the secure implementation of AI during software development.

• Background in developing and deploying agentic AI solutions to tackle security issues.

• Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

• Experience with Jira or ServiceNow.

• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of cloud-native environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.

• Ability to communicate effectively across engineering, product, and information security teams.
