Secure Communication Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in a vital initiative for the growth of Secure Communications

• Oversee the Secure Communications Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application

• Collaborate with corporate and functional support teams to propel initiatives forward

• Generate and update weekly and monthly reports detailing status and initiatives

• Aid in the planning and execution of key certification program initiatives

• Monitor and track the progress of accreditation initiatives

• Facilitate the professional development and training of team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with federal and commercial/civilian programs and contracts

• Proven track record in developing, managing, and improving efficiencies within project and program teams

• Strong comprehension of compliance requirements

• Familiarity with electronic suites (such as Deltek’s Costpoint suite, Jira, Microsoft SharePoint)

• Experience leading teams through strategy formulation, process improvement, and initiative planning sessions

• Exceptional communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
