Seasonal Trend Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the creative leader for the development and design of new products within the Embelex external embellishment product line.

• Influence the creative direction for seasonal trim collections that align with contemporary industry trends.

• Direct the overall creative vision, design, and product strategy for Embelex's seasonal sample collections.

• Drive and ensure the success of operational launches by maintaining calendar and process accountability alongside strategic developments.

• Conduct ongoing market and competitive analyses to identify emerging consumer trends, product innovations, segmentation, and competitors.

• Offer design and product technical support to the newness team.

• Promote a culture of creative problem-solving and a solutions-oriented mindset.

• Validate global launch support, which includes sample distribution, product photography, merchandising assistance, and product data dissemination.

• Report directly to the Embelex Newness Manager as part of a dynamic, global team implementing calendar-based sample programs.

• Assist in creating trend-focused sample collections that highlight Embelex's embellishment offerings across apparel and secondary markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Design, Textile, Fine Arts, or an equivalent field is preferred.

• Up to 5 years of experience as a graphic designer in a commercial design environment or freelance work, ideally in apparel and footwear.

• Strong skills in graphic design.

• Proficiency in trims and embellishment design.

• Capability to apply seasonal fashion trend forecasts to production artwork.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and digital presentation tools.

• Candidates must submit a design portfolio.

• Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening is required as a condition of employment.
