Seasonal Tax Manager – Global Compliance and Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Evaluate corporate compliance and tax provisions.

• Aid companies in all facets of tax provision preparation.

• Collaborate with clients as a member of a high-performing tax team.

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and provide top-notch tax services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership required.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related field.

• At least 4 years of pertinent experience in tax provision, tax accounting, and corporate tax compliance.

• Relevant tax experience in a business or industry setting with extensive knowledge of federal income taxation.

• Experience in corporate tax planning and compliance as well as federal income taxation.

• Familiarity with accounting for federal income tax and tax accounting for financial statements.

• Understanding of ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 under IFRS.

• Capability to produce technical writing and conduct research in a tax context.

• Strategic prioritization skills for managing multiple complex projects.

• Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.

• Comfort in working remotely within a virtual team environment.

• Adherence to EY's ethical standards and integrity expectations.
