This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Overseeing and facilitating artist initiatives driven by partnerships, along with creative challenges and program activations at Sundance Collab.
• Managing the application processes, timelines, and communications with participants for partnership opportunities and artist programs.
• Organizing logistics for selection committees, which includes scheduling, preparing materials, conducting review processes, and managing communications.
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of existing and future partnerships as directed.
• Keeping well-organized records, tracking documents, and maintaining program materials for partnership initiatives.
• Producing and executing online intensives and educational programs that support partnership initiatives, while coordinating logistics, communications, facilitators, and participant experiences.
• Acting as the main production liaison between participating artists and partner organizations for sponsored film projects and creative initiatives.
• Assisting filmmakers during production processes by coordinating communications, deliverables, approvals, deadlines, and partner expectations.
• Monitoring project milestones and helping to ensure that projects stay on schedule and comply with program requirements.
• Organizing internal and external meetings related to productions and partnership initiatives.
• Aiding in operational planning and cross-functional coordination for partnership programs and artist support initiatives.
• Developing and preparing program materials, presentations, reports, and status updates for both internal teams and external partners.
• Supporting contracting, invoicing, and administrative coordination related to partnership initiatives as required.
• Contributing to process improvements that enhance the coordination of programs, communication workflows, and participant experiences.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in creative production, partnership coordination, program management, artist relations, or similar operational roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple timelines simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating with external stakeholders, creative partners, artists, or production teams.
• Familiarity with the film, media, entertainment, digital storytelling, or arts nonprofit sectors.
• Proficiency in collaborative and project management tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable, Asana, Zoom, or equivalent platforms.
• Capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating across teams.
• A strong passion for supporting independent artists and creative communities.
