Seasonal Family Nurse Practitioner – CA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Providing care to patients through tele-health consultations, which includes telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.

• Engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and various other methods.

• Collaborating effectively with both remote and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Applying your specialized clinical training and seizing opportunities to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited FNP program and hold a national certification.

• Currently licensed in California with the potential to acquire licenses in additional states.

• Within the last five years, have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for a minimum of:

• 2 years in an outpatient primary care environment treating patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting serving patients of all ages (0+).

• Availability to work afternoons and evenings (Current shifts are from 7am-6pm PST or 11am-10pm PST).

• Exceptional clinical and communication skills, along with the ability to adhere to established clinical protocols and workflows.
