Seasonal Customer Support Representative I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• You will dedicate approximately 95% of your time to providing outstanding customer service through personalized interactions via phone, live online chat, and email.

• Utilize your problem-solving skills to assist customers with inquiries related to software support, accounting, payroll, and taxes.

• Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams, offering valuable feedback for product improvements and development.

• Work independently for around 80% of your day while also collaborating remotely with teammates and participating in meetings as necessary.

• Ensure accurate and prompt documentation of all customer interactions.

• Provide guidance and support to customers regarding new features and functionalities of the software.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in customer service, demonstrating a history of positive and professional interactions.

• Excellent communication skills across phone, chat, and email, with the ability to simplify explanations for customers with varying levels of technological familiarity.

• Proficient with technology and quick to adapt to new software and tools.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously — handling calls, emails, and chats — without compromising on quality or accuracy.

• Maintains composure and remains solution-oriented during busy or challenging situations, consistently exhibiting a professional and positive demeanor.

• Detail-oriented, with the skill to accurately document customer interactions and manage sensitive information responsibly.

• Self-driven and enthusiastic about continuous learning — whether it's keeping up with product updates, new features, or improving customer assistance methods.
