Seasonal Customer Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborates effectively with Operations and Sales teams as well as other members of the Customer Support Team.

• Provides assistance to customers through incoming calls, voicemails, emails, and web inquiries regarding print product offerings, order placements, and shipping/receiving of materials.

• Directs inquiries to the relevant Great Minds team(s) for further assistance.

• Aids the team with various administrative duties, including data collection and reporting.

• Maintains consistent and clear communication with both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Keeps detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

• Supports CRM data validation and management efforts.

• Monitors orders through different stages of fulfillment.

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service-related role.

• Self-driven with outstanding creative and proactive problem-solving abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of handling challenging conversations in a professional manner.

• Eagerness to learn about company products and policies to enhance customer support.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks and demands.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.

• Capability to work remotely in a professional and secure setting.

• Must have reliable high-speed internet access.

• Required to provide your own equipment (Chromebooks or tablets are not compatible with our systems).
