This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional and enchanting customer service across all available channels.

• Foster an outstanding customer experience through a customer-centric approach to cultivate long-term, loyal relationships with clients.

• Regularly achieve and surpass performance objectives.

• Be versatile in your role (stylist, companion, personal assistant) while assisting customers in finding their next favorite item.

• Have a comprehensive understanding of our shipping, fulfillment, and return processes to efficiently manage all customer orders.

• Communicate customer and product insights with internal departments such as Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development.

• Familiarize yourself with all facets of the business and gain exposure to various teams.

• Capable of consistently meeting deadlines while managing multiple tasks; proficient in time management.

• Productive and focused work habits to effectively meet case volume expectations.

• Prior experience in an e-commerce customer service setting.

• Familiarity with Kustomer and Google Suite.
