
Seasonal Bilingual Benefits Specialist – Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Employee Services Team by leveraging Workday, case management, knowledge bases, and contact center technologies.
• Deliver professional and prompt service to both internal and external customers.
• Manage benefit-related modifications, including life-status updates and address changes.
• Address benefit administration service challenges with internal personnel and external vendors.
• Advise employees on benefit programs, covering plan features, procedures, eligibility, and premium details.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of carrier invoices to provide reports to customers.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-5 years of relevant benefits experience and/or training.
• Experience in customer service.
• Familiarity with group life and health insurance, as well as federal regulations (Section 125, ERISA, COBRA).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong professional communication skills.
• Proficient in PC skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, etc.).
• Seasonal roles commencing in August/September and extending through at least December.
• Flexible scheduling available between 7am and 7pm Central time.
• Preference for bilingual candidates (Spanish and French).
