This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Delivers professional and prompt service to both internal and external customers.
β’ Manages benefit-related modifications, including changes in life status, address updates, and more.
β’ Addresses benefit administration service concerns with internal personnel and external vendors.
β’ Advises employees on benefit programs, covering plan details, procedures, eligibility, and premium information.
β’ Conducts monthly reconciliation of carrier invoices to provide reports to customers.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required.
β’ 2-5 years of relevant experience in benefits or equivalent training.
β’ Customer service experience is essential.
β’ Must possess knowledge of group life and health insurance, as well as federal regulations including Section 125, ERISA, and COBRA.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while managing sensitive and confidential matters.
β’ Capacity to multitask effectively.
β’ Preference for bilingual candidates (Spanish and French).
β’ Strong professional communication skills.
β’ Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, and more.
