This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
⢠Paid Search ā Setup, Management & Optimization
⢠Campaign Setup: Initiate paid search campaigns from the ground up in Google Ads and Bing, including keyword research, match types, ad groups, ad copy, bidding strategy, and extensions.
⢠Daily Management: Oversee campaigns on a daily basis; identify underperforming elements, modify bids, halt ineffective spending, and capitalize on opportunities proactively.
⢠Ongoing Optimization: Continuously enhance Quality Scores, CTR, landing page relevance, negative keyword lists, and audience targeting.
⢠Recommendations: Provide structured recommendations to the team regarding budget allocation, innovative campaign ideas, and strategic adjustments, all supported by data.
⢠Full-Funnel Tracking: Leverage HubSpot Ads integration to monitor performance from click to closed-won deal.
⢠⦠AI-Assisted Copywriting: Utilize AI tools to produce and test ad copy variations at scale, expediting iteration cycles.
⢠⦠Smart Bidding: Implement AI-driven bid management and audience segmentation tools where they can enhance performance.
⢠SEO Strategy & Execution
⢠Keyword Strategy: Craft and execute a keyword strategy focused on buyer intent rather than volume alone.
⢠Content Direction: Provide briefings and guidance to the Content team regarding page structure, headers, and on-page optimization.
⢠Technical Direction: Specify technical SEO requirements and collaborate with the HubSpot & Web Operations Specialist for implementation.
⢠Performance Tracking: Monitor organic performance using Search Console and rank-tracking tools; report progress against established targets.
⢠⦠AI-Powered Research: Employ AI tools for rapid keyword clustering, gap analysis, and SERP researchāreducing tasks that previously took days into mere hours.
⢠⦠Briefing at Scale: Generate AI-assisted content briefs that enable writers and designers to work more efficiently without compromising quality.
⢠Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
⢠This aspect of the role is a key differentiator. The objective is to position xtm.ai as the cited source in AI-generated answers, rather than merely achieving first-page rankings.
⢠⦠AEO Strategy: Formulate a strategy to secure citations in AI-generated answers across major AI search and answer platforms.
⢠⦠Schema Direction: Establish structured data and schema requirements; collaborate with the HubSpot specialist for implementation.
⢠⦠Citation Tracking: Monitor brand mentions and citations in AI search results; adjust content strategy based on insights gained.
⢠⦠LLM Indexing Trends: Stay informed on how LLMs index and present B2B SaaS contentātranslating emerging research into actionable experiments.
⢠⦠Testing & Iteration: Proactively engage with AI models to assess how xtm.ai content is currently surfaced and cited.
⢠Measurement & Attribution
⢠Attribution Model: Define the attribution methodology for paid and organic search within HubSpot and Salesforce; collaborate with RevOps on data integrity.
⢠Dashboards: Create and manage search performance dashboards; present ROI and channel contributions to leadership.
⢠⦠AI Reporting: Utilize AI summarization tools to synthesize performance data and expedite reporting processes.
⢠2ā4 years of direct paid search experience; you have set up campaigns from inception, not just inherited and managed existing ones.
⢠Google Ads certification is preferred; a proven record of optimizing campaigns for lead quality and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
⢠Strong organic SEO capabilitiesākeyword research, on-page briefing, and performance monitoring.
⢠Genuine knowledge of AEO and the mechanisms through which AI models surface and cite content.
⢠Regular daily user of AI tools in search tasksācomfortable utilizing them for research, copywriting, and performance evaluation.
⢠Proficiency in Google Search Console, a rank-tracking tool, and Google Ads.
⢠Experience with HubSpot for campaign tracking and attribution.
⢠Strong analytical skillsācomfortable dealing with data and able to convey findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
