This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments
• Efficiently and methodically qualify incoming leads
• Schedule appointments with genuine commitment
• Actively manage show rates: confirmations, preparations, and pre-qualifications
• Maintain and document leads accurately in the CRM (Salesforce)
• Facilitate communication and build commitment
• Initiate contact via phone (Aircall) or WhatsApp
• Generate genuine interest, address objections early, and establish commitment
• Ensure a smooth and complete handover process to closers
• Monitor personal KPIs: show rate, appointments, and cash collected
• Actively engage in personal development by accepting and implementing call feedback
• Proven experience in initial telephone or digital contact with customers
• Strong communication skills: you know how to engage people, build trust, and create commitment
• Structured and self-driven work approach
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
• Background in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business is an advantage
• Numerically inclined and performance-driven
• Transparent and understandable commission structure with no hidden caps
• Range quota bonus: 80%+ show rate = +10% on total commission. Below 70% = -10%
