This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments
• Process incoming leads in a qualitative and reliable manner
• Schedule appointments with genuine commitment
• Actively manage show rates
• Maintain and document leads in the CRM system
• Initiate first contact via phone or WhatsApp
• Address objections early and build commitment
• Facilitate the handover process to the closer
• Proven experience in initial contact with customers via phone or digital channels
• Strong communication skills
• Structured, self-reliant working style
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
• Background in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business is advantageous
• Affinity for numbers and performance-driven
• No cold calling
• Transparent and understandable commissions
• Opportunity to work within a strong sales team
