This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Actively seek out new clients, pinpoint business opportunities, and assess leads for the sales team, aiding in the expansion of the company’s client portfolio.
• Engage in outbound prospecting through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
• Identify organizations that may require Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Occupational Medicine services.
• Evaluate leads based on the ideal customer profile.
• Arrange meetings for consultants and sales representatives.
• Keep the CRM updated with the latest information.
• Follow up with leads that are currently in progress.
• Assist in commercial campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
• Foster an initial strategic relationship with potential clients.
• Background in commercial prospecting, telemarketing, or pre-sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive, persuasive, and results-driven mindset.
• Organized and disciplined approach to commercial activities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
• High school diploma is required (higher education is preferred).
