• We are expanding our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team throughout Europe.
• This internship offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart a career in enterprise sales, focusing on selling infrastructure to highly technical buyers.
• One of our SDRs was promoted from SDR to Account Executive (AE) within just 9 months.
• A clear progression path is established, and we anticipate you will follow it within 18 months.
• Playbooks are available for your use.
• We have validated messaging, sequences, and tools at your disposal.
• High volume and precision are essential; every email and call must be executed with clarity.
• You will have direct access to Account Executives, Sales Engineers, the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and the co-founder—no intermediaries involved.
• Take ownership of your pipeline; we expect you to be proactive in pursuing your metrics.
• The hiring process includes an application with a one-minute video in English answering the question: “What is the most impressive achievement you've made?”
• An interview with the SDR Manager will follow.
• You will then interview with the CRO and co-founder.
• Located in Europe.
• Fluent in French (both written and spoken) — this internship is exclusively for French-speaking applicants.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required.
• Must be coachable: you should be able to incorporate feedback immediately, not after an extended period.
• A quota-driven individual motivated to surpass targets, not merely meet them.
• Must be comfortable with phone communication, as this role involves substantial phone work.
• Nice to have: a degree from a prestigious school or university.
• Nice to have: experience in door-to-door or other high-volume sales roles.
• Nice to have: familiarity with SaaS tools.
• Nice to have: prior experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Begin as a part-time intern: 20 hours per week, with a salary of €1,300 per month.
• Transition to full-time with a salary of €2,600 per month.
• A 3-month probationary period applies.
• After the probation, you will receive a salary plus commissions.
