This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proficient in utilizing both email and telecommunications to create new business opportunities.
• Actively search for and identify new prospects within Kobalt.io’s target customer profile.
• Conduct A/B testing on outreach and sales-related activities to determine best practices.
• Evaluate new prospects and convert them into sales-qualified leads.
• Arrange calls and transfer opportunities to the Account Executives.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to enhance the sales funnel.
• Oversee and cultivate all inbound leads from diverse channels.
• Assess the needs of prospects and coordinate with the Account Executives to deliver suitable services.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with prospects throughout their pre-purchase and post-purchase journeys.
• Partner with the Marketing team to identify any new resources required to improve the prospect’s experience.
• A completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in business or a related area of study, or equivalent professional experience.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to work successfully both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with cloud software for various tasks.
• Proficiency in productivity software such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Strong eagerness to learn and express your thoughts to enhance business operations.
• Motivation and capability to expand your skill set and advance within the organization.
