This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct outbound prospecting initiatives and reach out to potential clients via phone/video calls, emails, LinkedIn, or other communication channels.
• Identify new leads through innovative online research and social media engagement, utilizing LinkedIn Navigator and various sales tools.
• Assess customers based on a comprehensive understanding of the Vonage Video API product.
• Maintain precise and detailed records updated in our CRM system.
• Arrange qualified meetings and demonstrations for our Healthcare Focused Account Managers.
• Collaborate with marketing, account managers, and sales leadership to enhance performance.
• Meet monthly targets for the number of qualified appointments and new sales opportunities.
• Create and uphold a territory plan in partnership with Account Managers from your designated area.
• Possess strong product knowledge of Vonage’s API product suites.
• Assist Vonage API marketing efforts by participating in online and other marketing campaigns.
• A minimum of 2 years of Sales Development / Lead generation or sales experience in B2B settings, particularly within the software industry.
• Proficient in spoken and written English at a professional level.
• Experience in cold calling and crafting personalized emails.
• Self-motivated and well-organized with the capability to drive results independently without close supervision.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement tools (such as Gong Engage and Outreach), ZoomInfo, Gen AI Tools, and 6sense.
• Experience in outbound sales targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
• Sponsorship is not available.
• Legal authorization to work in Mexico is required.
