This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Identify and create new business opportunities within the designated region through proactive prospecting, including calls, email outreach, and various sales engagement techniques.
• Assess inbound leads to evaluate compatibility based on project scope, timelines, and client requirements.
• Arrange qualified meetings, walkthroughs, presentations, or discovery calls for the regional sales team.
• Develop and manage prospect lists within the assigned region, including brokers, developers, property owners, and other relevant industry contacts.
• Ensure consistent daily activity levels in alignment with company performance standards.
• Accurately log all activities, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM and associated sales tools.
• Keep prospect and pipeline data organized and clean in accordance with company protocols.
• Represent the organization professionally in all initial outreach and communications.
• Educate potential clients on the company’s services and value proposition.
• Provide regular updates to Sales Leadership regarding activity levels, scheduled meetings, and pipeline contributions.
• Assist in regional initiatives, marketing campaigns, and sales programs as directed by the Senior Regional Sales Director.
• Collaborate closely with the Core Sales team, Channel Sales team, and Sales Leadership to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated success in a hunter-style sales or business development position focused on generating new opportunities.
• Experience in a metrics-driven or quota-driven sales atmosphere is preferred.
• Preference for candidates with experience in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, or scheduling meetings.
• Previous experience selling to real estate professionals, developers, or related sectors is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in high-volume outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Apollo, Instantly, SmartLead, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar) is essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently while also collaborating with the regional sales team.
