This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Acts as a direct partner and mentor to the top 1000 retail sellers of our customer-owner.
• Oversees and enhances business through a structured plan and regular communication.
• Provides coaching and training to retail sellers on products, programs, and services.
• Employs pre-call planning tools and methodologies.
• Documents all pertinent account information in CRM software (Salesforce).
• Implements strategy utilizing resources such as the Account Plan and FxF Plan.
• Takes ownership and responsibility for the FxF Plan as well as for digital and services adoption.
• Collaborates with local manufacturer representatives.
• Manages discretionary and insight trial seed initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a business-related discipline from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of industry or direct sales experience, or an equivalent of 7 years in successful work experience in industry or direct sales.
• Ability to understand the broader perspective of the organization and the operations of farmers.
• Proactive communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and formal presentation abilities.
• Expertise in technical agriculture products and crops.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom), and CRM software (Salesforce).
