This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage with companies through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn;
• Assess needs pertaining to human resources (HR) management;
• Deliver introductory presentations of the consultancy's offerings;
• Evaluate leads and arrange sales meetings;
• Regularly update and manage the CRM system;
• Cultivate relationships with potential clients throughout the sales journey.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities;
• Proficient negotiation skills and capacity to establish client relationships;
• Well-organized and focused on achieving results;
• Basic proficiency in computer usage;
