This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +13 more states.
• Achieve or surpass personal lead generation targets
• Generate leads within the assigned market of senior living communities and skilled facilities
• Provide motivational prospecting engagement to targeted clients
• Seek assistance and guidance from colleagues within the Company as necessary for sales prospecting
• Address client inquiries as needed, including information on products and pricing
• Adjust prospecting content based on pre-sales due diligence
• Identify opportunities to improve and expedite the sales prospecting process
• Regularly update, maintain, and follow up on activities in the Company CRM
• Collaborate with Company marketing initiatives to enhance sales prospecting efforts
• Seamlessly transition sales and lead opportunities to sales executive resources
• Keep management updated on daily, weekly, and monthly activities and performance metrics
• Provide occasional feedback on products, services, and policies to relevant Company team members
• Stay informed about current market trends and product knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in business marketing, marketing, economics, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in sales development within technology, SaaS, or healthcare sectors
• Strong passion for our mission and technology
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling quick rapport-building with prospects
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficient in G Suite, Salesforce, Office 360, and Slack
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to occasionally lift heavy equipment
