This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
⢠You will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective business clients.
⢠Your objective is to spark interest, discern needs, and arrange appointments for our sales team located in Hamburg.
⢠You will not be involved in sales negotiations or contract closures.
⢠Conduct outbound telephone outreach to businesses (B2B outbound).
⢠Identify pertinent contacts and decision-makers.
⢠Qualify potential leads.
⢠Schedule consultation appointments for our sales team.
⢠Document calls in the CRM system.
⢠Collaborate closely with the sales team.
⢠Enjoy engaging in telephone communication.
⢠Present yourself in a confident and professional manner.
⢠Maintain a structured and dependable work approach.
⢠Be goal-oriented and take ownership of your responsibilities.
⢠Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
⢠Background in sales, customer service, or call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
