This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in outbound prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo, focusing on executive-level finance leaders.

• Develop highly personalized, non-template outreach and follow-up sequences to differentiate in a competitive market.

• Oversee and update pipeline activities within HubSpot to maintain data integrity and transparency.

• Schedule and confirm discovery calls, ensuring a high attendance rate through effective pre-call communication.

• Conduct initial screening conversations to qualify inbound leads from user research and interviews.

• Assist with simultaneous outreach efforts to insurance brokers to broaden our distribution network.

• Refine messaging and targeting strategies based on data-driven insights and engagement metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

• A strong intellectual curiosity; capability to swiftly grasp the complexities of medical claims auditing and engage in credible discussions with senior finance leaders.

• Comfort with uncertainty and an "early-stage" mindset—excelling in an environment where the playbook is still evolving.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to independently manage a pipeline without constant oversight.

• Experience in SaaS, Fintech, Healthcare, or Financial Services.

• Nice-to-Haves

• Practical experience with Apollo.io (list creation, contact enrichment, and sequence management).

• Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for high-volume, personalized InMail outreach.

• Previous experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM to manage sales stages.

• Proven success in lead qualification, cold calling, and conducting discovery calls.
