This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and engage with B2B leads through both outbound and inbound efforts.
• Initiate contact with decision-makers via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email.
• Assess leads based on criteria such as challenges, profile, budget, and timing for purchase.
• Arrange meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Document and update relevant information in the CRM system.
• Take a consultative approach to understand the client's context and requirements.
• Achieve targets for the number of contacts, qualifications, and scheduled meetings.
• Familiarity or experience with CRM systems.
• Background in B2B prospecting and lead qualification.
• Proactive and self-sufficient attitude with a strong emphasis on pipeline development.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn as an effective prospecting tool.
• Desire to cultivate a vast network with key industry players.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Aspiration to become one of Brazil's leading corporate SDRs.
• Competitive fixed salary plus commissions.
• Employed under a PJ contract (contractor status).
• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
