This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Gather and verify information on potential clients that have been referred, and assess their suitability.
• Initiate contact with educational institutions through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and primarily through phone calls.
• Arrange meetings with specified personas and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Work in conjunction with the sales team to facilitate a seamless transition from lead generation to the sales process.
• Analyze and assess pre-sales metrics, including conversion rates, no-show rates, and performance at various stages of the sales funnel.
• A completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Highly organized with effective process management capabilities.
• Familiarity with technological tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, email, Teams, and CRM systems.
• A customer-oriented mindset.
