This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conducting interviews, training sessions, and onboarding procedures for new team members who can deliver immediate results once they start engaging with clients.
• Evaluating calls, emails, accounts, and opportunities to pinpoint areas that require enhancement.
• Monitoring essential metrics throughout the sales funnel to proactively identify gaps that must be addressed.
• Developing coaching plans that provide real-time feedback to representatives based on metrics and qualitative performance reviews, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Ensuring representatives are held accountable for the factors that drive success.
• Effectively communicating with your team and across departments about what strategies are effective, areas for improvement, and your focus as the team scales.
• Experience in Sales Development, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or team lead capacity.
• Preferable experience in healthcare and/or startup environments.
• Proven history of surpassing targets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated high-quality coaching and leadership abilities.
• Strong skills in prospecting, qualifying, and cold outbound sales.
• A proactive approach to seeking and implementing feedback for both yourself and your team.
• Capability to generate your own reports, analyze data, identify trends, and make decisions that enhance team performance.
• Must be able to work collaboratively across various departments, especially with Sales, Product, Leadership, and Marketing.
