This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email initiatives, LinkedIn outreach, and SMS communications.
• Investigate and pinpoint ecommerce brands that align with the ideal customer profile.
• Create new opportunities through strategic outbound initiatives.
• Promptly and professionally follow up with incoming leads.
• Assess prospects according to established criteria, including revenue, advertising expenditure, growth stage, and business requirements.
• Schedule discovery calls and sales meetings for Account Executives using defined processes.
• Address initial objections and maintain prospect engagement throughout the scheduling phase.
• Keep precise records in the CRM, including notes and activity tracking.
• Regularly achieve weekly and monthly outreach, meeting-setting, and pipeline KPIs.
• Provide consistent updates on activities, pipeline status, and important prospect insights.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
• 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, or outbound sales roles.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling and multi-channel prospecting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence when conversing with founders, operators, and business owners.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
• Comfort working in a KPI-focused environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through.
• Resilience and determination when dealing with objections and rejection.
• Capability to manage multiple conversations and follow-up sequences concurrently.
• Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, Amazon, or agency settings is advantageous.
