This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Spearhead publisher acquisition initiatives throughout the French market, overseeing the process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Create and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, qualification, discovery, relationship nurturing, proposal discussions, negotiation, and closing.
• Formulate and implement market penetration strategies to enhance Refinery89's footprint in France.
• Establish and nurture trustworthy relationships with both potential and existing publishing partners.
• Collaborate effectively with operational and commercial teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
• Keep accurate and current records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Regularly meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Native-level proficiency in French and professional fluency in English.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account acquisition, or a comparable commercial role.
• Demonstrated experience in outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and virtual meetings.
• Excellent skills in prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Ability to cultivate relationships and establish trust with key decision-makers.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly resilient.
• Comfortable working independently while effectively collaborating with international teams.
