This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts within the LATAM markets.
• Carry out outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and events to produce qualified opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline that aligns with growth objectives.
• Conduct discovery discussions to comprehend customer challenges and evaluate the compatibility of our solutions.
• Modify messaging and outreach strategies to cater to various countries, industries, and buyer behaviors across the region.
• Test, refine, and enhance outbound sequences to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure a seamless progression of the pipeline.
• Recognize emerging market trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights.
• Keep accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM.
• Over 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
• Demonstrated success in generating pipeline through outbound initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to engage decision-makers.
• Ability to manage a high volume of outreach while ensuring quality.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement tools.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English (C2 or equivalent); proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage.
