This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in outbound prospecting efforts through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and various other channels.
• Establish initial contact with cold leads and help qualify them in alignment with Dadosfera's ideal customer profile.
• Aid in the qualification of inbound leads.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of prospecting cadences.
• Identify business opportunities and support the scheduling of meetings for the sales team.
• Keep the CRM system updated with contact details, interactions, and the status of opportunities.
• Assist in organizing prospecting lists and conducting research on companies and key decision-makers.
• Work in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies, messaging, and commercial campaigns.
• Monitor prospecting metrics, including outreach volume, response rates, and scheduled meetings.
• Acquire and implement best practices in sales communication, lead qualification, and consultative selling.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Sales, Technology, or related fields within the SaaS industry.
• A keen interest in pursuing a career in Sales, particularly in B2B sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organized, proactive, and focused on achieving results.
• Comfortable initiating discussions and engaging with a diverse range of individuals.
• Eagerness to learn about consultative selling, data, artificial intelligence, and technology.
• Familiarity with digital tools, spreadsheets, and information organization techniques.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and follow-up routines concurrently.
• Emphasis on diversity in all its forms.
