This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Gather and validate information from potential clients, qualifying leads.
• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and primarily phone calls.
• Schedule meetings with stakeholders within the defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with the sales team for a seamless transition.
• Measure and analyze pre-sales indicators (conversion rates, no-show rates, funnel performance).
• Completed or ongoing higher education.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Good organizational skills and effective process management.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, email, Teams, and CRM software.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with multichannel outreach (primarily phone calls).
• Background in both inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Ability to analyze funnels and define strategies.
