This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Address incoming inquiries generated from marketing campaigns, website leads, and referrals.
• Initiate outbound communications via calls, emails, and messaging to create new opportunities.
• Assess prospects by comprehending their needs, health objectives, and potential interest in services.
• Inform potential clients about the treatments and programs available.
• Arrange consultations with the clinical or specialist team.
• Consistently follow up with interested prospects who have not yet scheduled a consultation.
• Keep precise records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and internal teams to enhance lead conversion rates.
• Ensure that prospects are thoroughly prepared prior to their scheduled consultations.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable engaging with prospects over the phone and leading discovery discussions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Capability to convey complex concepts in a straightforward and understandable manner.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up effectively.
• $1,100 USD per month + Commission
• Remote position available for LATAM only
