This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
• Qualify leads and arrange high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
• Develop a steady pipeline of opportunities in both enterprise and mid-market sectors.
• Master our value proposition to effectively navigate gatekeepers and engage executives.
• Implement a high-velocity outreach strategy to secure qualified discovery calls.
• Identify and research target accounts in the retail, grocery, and multi-location industries.
• Personalize outreach at scale while upholding a high volume of daily activities.
• Map out complex enterprise organizations to pinpoint key stakeholders (such as Directors of LP, VPs of Operations, and C-Level executives).
• Utilize a multi-channel approach (including phone, email, LinkedIn, and video) to penetrate high-value accounts.
• Experiment with messaging and playbooks to enhance conversion rates.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospects based on their pain points, budget, and authority.
• Seamlessly transition qualified leads to Account Executives, providing detailed notes and context.
• Accurately log every prospect interaction in the CRM.
• Gather insights from conversations to help refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Serve as the "eyes and ears" of the company, reporting on competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide feedback to Marketing regarding lead quality and the effectiveness of messaging.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales (SaaS experience is preferred).
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding activity metrics and quotas for qualified meetings.
• Experience navigating complex organizations to connect with decision-makers.
• Travel Requirement: This position involves quarterly travel (4-5 times per year) for U.S.-based conferences and on-site client engagements.
• Comfortable making over 60 cold calls each day.
• Strong HubSpot hygiene and appointment-setting skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with concise and action-oriented emails.
• Ability to professionally handle rejection and maintain motivation.
• Highly organized approach to managing territory and following up on leads.
• Familiarity with sales technology stacks (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo).
• Ability to leverage data to prioritize your daily “hit list.”
• Nice to Have: Experience in retail tech, physical security, or loss prevention; targeting the US Grocery or Convenience Store market; background in a high-growth startup environment.
• Earnings: Base Salary + commission.
• Work Environment: Remote-first.
