This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a team of 4 to 6 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), fostering ongoing growth and a strong emphasis on performance excellence.
• Guarantee the effectiveness of the outbound operations, from the Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) stage through to qualification and scheduling of meetings.
• Track essential KPIs, including conversion rates and response times.
• Assess cadence flows and suggest enhancements based on data insights.
• Perform call evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and facilitate training sessions and role-playing activities with the team.
• Collaborate strategically with Marketing and Sales to refine the qualification process.
• Recommend enhancements to commercial procedures and workflows.
• Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new SDR hires.
• Proven experience in leading SDR or sales teams.
• Direct experience in managing teams within B2B outbound operations.
• Strong analytical abilities and a commitment to data-informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a collaborative approach.
• Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach).
• Completed Bachelor's degree.
