This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Perform proactive outbound prospecting through various channels;
• Assess leads and pinpoint business opportunities that align with the company's profile;
• Arrange meetings for the sales team;
• Employ a consultative approach during initial solution presentations;
• Document and update information in the CRM while tracking the sales funnel;
• Communicate with leads in both Portuguese and English as necessary;
• Monitor prospecting metrics and outcomes;
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies.
• High school diploma;
• At least 1 year of experience as an SDR or BDR;
• Proficiency in intermediate to advanced English (required) — essential for conversation, reading, and writing;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exhibited with clarity and professionalism;
• Must possess organization and discipline for remote work;
• Familiarity with techniques for active prospecting and lead qualification;
• Understanding of B2B sales processes;
• Experience with sales funnels and CRM systems;
• Proficient in intermediate to advanced English (conversation, reading, and writing);
• Knowledge of consultative selling and corporate solutions;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English;
• Capability to conduct consultative approaches with clarity and objectivity;
• Organized and skilled in managing multiple leads simultaneously;
• Comfortable utilizing digital tools and CRMs;
• Aptitude for identifying opportunities and acting with urgency;
• Proactive in seeking new clients;
