This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to targeted prospects utilizing a parallel dialer.
• Engage in consultative discussions with prospects to identify challenges and opportunities within a diverse range of industries.
• Schedule meetings for forthcoming events across assigned accounts.
• Capture, monitor, and manage leads using a parallel dialer and various prospecting tools.
• 1–2 years of demonstrated success in a cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales capacity.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing outbound activity and meeting-setting objectives.
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills; adept at engaging senior stakeholders via phone.
• Capability to effectively address objections and maintain productive discussions.
• Resilient, self-driven, and able to handle rejection while keeping a positive outlook.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a substantial volume of outreach in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with parallel dialers and other calling-specific technologies.
